Refund policy

At RomanCarol, each piece is crafted with love, intention, and artistic care. Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please read below for more details.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To request a return:

-Contact us at cromangallardo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

-Please include photos of the damaged item and your order number.

-Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

-Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

-Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

-Custom-made or personalized items

-Sale items

-Gift cards

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. If your parcel is lost or extremely delayed, please get in touch — we’ll help as best we can.
