-Custom orders may require additional time to complete.

-Once a custom order has begun production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

-Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the artistic and handmade nature of each item.

3. Orders & Payment

-Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

-Prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.

-We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (for example, limited stock or incorrect pricing).

-We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

-Because many items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.

-If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos and order details.
