Because many of our pieces are handmade or customized, please allow extra time for production. We promise — it’s worth the wait.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand and internationally to selected countries. If you're outside NZ and unsure if we ship to your location, feel free to contact us.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

• Australia: 10–15 business days
